These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777fz ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777fz website located at https://777fz.net, including all subpages, products, features, tools, and services made available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered through 777fz, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

777fz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Use of the 777fz Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 777fz or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or associate of 777fz or any of its software partners.

777fz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until such verification is completed to our satisfaction, withdrawal facilities may be suspended.

To access the full range of services offered by 777fz, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with 777fz. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777fz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 777fz immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 777fz shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.

The name registered on your 777fz account must match the name on your identity documents and the name on all payment methods used to deposit or withdraw funds. Discrepancies may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension pending verification.

777fz currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals from Pakistani accounts: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions in PKR are processed at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. 777fz does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at all times and reserves the right to add or remove methods without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your account. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 777fz does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, 777fz may require the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of all applicable bonus wagering requirements. 777fz reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Standard withdrawal processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically between one and four hours following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Crypto withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are generally processed within two hours. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on payment provider processing schedules and verification requirements.

777fz offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game types, minimum odds, and validity period will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games and table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards meeting wagering requirements.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage betting strategies specifically to exploit bonus funds, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Where a player holds both real money and bonus funds in their account, real money funds will be used for wagering first. Withdrawals may only be processed from the real money balance. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus play become withdrawable only upon full satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

All sports bets placed on 777fz are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. 777fz reserves the right to void bets where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled in accordance with our published sports betting rules. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time if data integrity cannot be confirmed. 777fz's decision on all disputed bets is final.

All casino games on the 777fz platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available in the game information panel. 777fz does not manipulate game outcomes. Technical malfunctions void all play and pay for the affected round.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 777fz. These limits are displayed within each game or market. 777fz reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at any time, including for responsible gaming purposes or as a result of unusual wagering patterns.

In the event of a system error, communication failure, or software malfunction, 777fz reserves the right to declare bets void and refund stakes at its sole discretion. Winnings resulting from a clearly identified error or malfunction — including display errors that incorrectly show odds or payout amounts — will not be honoured.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777fz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777fz staff or other players.
• Allowing a minor (under 21) to access your account or use the Platform in any way.

All content on the 777fz Platform — including but not limited to the 777fz name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777fz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 777fz.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777fz, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or gaming opportunities.

777fz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In all cases, 777fz's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 777fz's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

777fz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 777fz.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers, secure storage of sensitive account information, and restricted internal access controls. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may close your 777fz account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining real money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds that have not met wagering conditions) will be refunded to your registered payment method within five business days.

777fz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; provision of false registration information; failure to complete required KYC verification; or identification of problem gambling behaviour requiring intervention under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon termination of your account — whether by you or by 777fz — all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including clauses relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution.

777fz is operated under an international gaming licence. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority for independent adjudication. You agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of the applicable gaming regulator, and you waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

777fz may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact our support team. 777fz is not obligated to maintain previous versions of these Terms for your review, though we may choose to do so at our discretion.
